Joanne Flores Moses oversees accounting, finance and investment administration for the Boettcher Foundation. She is also our resident expert on private foundations and investment administration.
Joanne has an extensive background in finance. Prior to joining the Boettcher Foundation, she served as treasurer and corporate secretary of ARC International, Ltd, and worked in the finance department at Key Savings and Loan. She began her career in the audit division of KPMG in Denver.
After receiving the Boettcher Scholarship, Joanne graduated with a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Denver. She also earned a Certified Public Accountant certificate.
Joanne loves to cook and entertain; she even initiated Meatless Monday and Tasty Tuesday Lunch Club at the Boettcher Foundation (she also loves alliteration!). She is a big fan of her son’s band and enjoys listening to them perform—both in music venues across Colorado, as well as when they rehearse in her basement.

I am a Chamorro—a native of Guam. Though I have lived in Colorado for many years, I was born in Guam.
