Lynnea Louison

Director of Operations

Lynnea Louison joined the Boettcher Foundation in January 2013, bringing more than 15 years of experience in human resources, business operations, business development and strategic planning. In her current role as director of operations, Lynnea covers human resources, IT, event planning, facilities and project management.

Before joining the Boettcher Foundation, Lynnea was the director of human resources at Tony’s Market, a large locally and family-owned business in the Denver area.

Lynnea completed her master’s degree in business administration from the University of Denver’s Emerging Leaders MBA Program. Lynnea also graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and Spanish.

In her spare time, Lynnea likes salsa dancing, enjoying gourmet food (both eating at restaurants and home cooking) and running for fun or in local races. She also loves to play and watch all kinds of sports, including golf and skiing with her significant other, David, and her son, Miles.

Favorite Colorado Experience:

My summer road trip to the Sand Dunes and Mesa Verde. Miles still talks about that trip to this day. Not only do we have funny memories and stories, but we absolutely marveled at the history of the cliff dwellings.

Fun Fact:

The most unusual sport I’ve ever played was curling. I decided to try a sport that would most likely have me on the path to the Olympics. I still have some work to do before I qualify…
