COLead Leadership Collaboratives

The Colorado Leadership Collaborative…

  • is a learning community that provides partners with access to resources and experts as well as a structured peer support network.
  • creates a space for stakeholders to come together to advance leadership in their organizations, communities, or regions.
  • is divided into two distinct groups (Leadership Practitioners and Rural Leaders) to allow individuals facing similar challenges and opportunities a space to share knowledge, access resources, make connections, and amplify impact.

Rural Leaders

The rural collaborative creates a space for rural leaders to come together to advance the leadership in their organizations, communities, and regions. The intent is to share knowledge, access resources, make connections, and amplify impact.

Rural leaders are…

  • individuals from any sector or industry who are deeply committed to their rural Colorado communities.

Participants in the Rural Leaders Collaborative are eligible to apply for a Mini Grant. Read more about the Rural Collaborative Catalyst Grant Program here.

This will result in greater collaboration and connection across the leadership ecosystem.

Leadership Practitioners are…

  • the leaders of leadership programs.
  • from anywhere in Colorado.
