Lisa Zúñiga Ramírez

Lisa is the President of her consulting company, Éxito Consulting, and is an Independent Director of Century Communities, a top ten homebuilder, People’s Financial Services Corporation, the holding company of Peoples Security Bank and Trust, and is a Trustee of the Trust for Professional Managers, a $16 Billion Master Series Trust. Lisa gained investment, finance, and ESG experience from her 31 years in the capital markets. Until her “rewirement” in July 2020, she was a Partner and Senior Portfolio Manager at Segall Bryant & Hamill, an employee-owned asset manager with assets under management of $25 Billion. Prior to this, she was a Partner and Senior Portfolio Manager at Denver Investments LLC, an employee-owned asset manager that was acquired by Segall Bryant & Hamill in 2018. Her career began in 1989 with a college internship through the INROADS Minority Internship program.

Lisa is the youngest of eight children. She received her BSBA with an emphasis in accounting from the University of Colorado at Denver and her MBA with an emphasis in Finance from Regis University. She holds the CFA Institute Chartered Financial Analyst designation and the SASB FSA credential.

Lisa has been married to her husband Ron for 34 years and they have identical twin boys, Román and Mason, who are freshmen at Colorado State University, and two dogs, Breck and Frisco. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, cooking, playing golf, and watching movies. Lisa believes it is an honor and a privilege to give back. For this reason, she has supported her community throughout her life.

Favorite Colorado Experience:

My favorite Colorado experience was when we took our (then) 6-year-old boys to the Hotel Colorado in Glenwood Springs the day after Thanksgiving to welcome Santa Claus and be part of the lighting ceremony. It was magical!
