Mark Hess
1984 CU Boulder Scholar
Mark Hess is a 1984 Boettcher Scholar from Yuma High School. Mark earned his bachelor’s in English literature from the University of Colorado Boulder and his master’s in educational leadership from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs. He is in his 38th year of K-12 Public Education in Colorado, most of those years specializing in gifted education. Mark is a writer, professional developer, educator, coach, and mentor. His leading interests are his grandkids, golf, reading, and sports of all kind.Mark earned his bachelor’s in English literature from the University of Colorado Boulder and his master’s in educational leadership from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs.
