As the president/CEO of History Colorado, Dawn DiPrince leads an organization that includes 11 inspiring museums and historical sites. Dawn is a storyteller at heart who cares deeply about honoring our state’s treasured memories and helping others to understand Colorado’s complex and unique history. A fourth generation Coloradan herself, Dawn talks about growing up in the Arkansas River valley of the Centennial State, and the lessons she learned as a young girl that continue to inspire how she approaches her work today. Listeners will also learn about some of History Colorado’s newest exhibits and initiatives, including its Colorado Heritage for All project.
